Executive Chairman Ross Honeywill became an internationally recognised authority on the impact on Australia of a rapidly changing social fabric through his leadership role at KPMG (Asia Pacific) between 1997 and 2001 and more recently as CEO of the Social Intelligence Lab. As a business strategist, he has played a central role in large-scale transformation projects for global brands. Prior to working at KPMG, Ross was a senior executive for national retail brands. He currently works predominantly in North America and Australia. Ross is a critically acclaimed author of both business, and narrative non-fiction books including Lamarck's Evolution. His latest book, Wasted on the violent and creative life of Jim McNeil was published by Penguin in August 2010. Ross has won business and marketing awards in the tourism, property development, telecommunications, and retail sectors.

Ross is based in Melbourne at 101 Collins Street and has an office in Vancouver, Canada.

 

CEO, Neil Ross brings to NEO Consulting a rich blend of experience gained in Australia and internationally over a period of 30 years in the fields of management, marketing, communications and consumer research. Most recently he was Group General Manager at Qantas with global responsibility for all brand and marketing functions. Neil has had a long career in advertising including roles as Managing Director of Smith, Ross & Muir, DDB Sydney (where he ran the McDonald's account from 1999 to 2004) and McCann Erickson Sydney. His industry expertise spans FMCG, beverages, tourism & leisure, automotive, sport & culture, advertising, media & sponsorships. Neil is a past director of the Advertising Federation of Australia and is on the advisory board to the marketing faculty at Sydney University.

Neil is based in the NEO Consulting Sydney office - 201 Miller Street, North Sydney.
